Required Documentation to Submit a Co-Op Claim
Digital Advertising
SEO, SEM through approved vendors, HomeAdvisor leads, Angie's List advertising, display ads, and video pre-roll (with pre-approval).
Required Documentation:
- Invoice
- Screenshot of the ad
- Script of video if applicable
- Contract showing cost, time period, and campaign specifics
Newspapers / Consumer Print
Space costs in accredited weekly, daily or Sunday ABC newspapers. Only the portion displaying brand logo/copy is eligible.
Required Documentation:
- Tear sheet showing publication name and date
- Copy of paid invoice from publication
Apparel, Uniforms, Promotional Products
Authorized uniforms, apparel, and branded products through YORK approved vendors. Max 10% of available co-op funds.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of paid invoice
- Image/proof of YORK branding
Local Direct Mail
Cost of postcards, mailing and mailing lists.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of paid invoice
Vehicle Identification & Ad Specialties
Vendor-approved produced items meeting brand guidelines.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of paid invoice
Radio and Television
Spot announcement costs for 10, 15, 20, 30, and 60 second advertisements.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of paid invoice showing commercial length and cost
- Notarized affidavit from station
- Notarized script of advertisement
Billboard and Transit Advertising
Space costs for billboard and transit advertising.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of leasing agreement
- Copy of paid invoice with posting date
- Photograph of billboard
Exhibits, Displays, Fairs
Cost of exhibit space. Only the portion occupied by YORK products is eligible.
Required Documentation:
- Copy of paid invoice for space
- Color photograph of entire display area
Additional Categories
- Identification Signs: Vendor-approved identification signs with paid invoice and image proof
- Software: Vendor-designated software only
- Sales Promotional Items: Literature, videos, and sales presentation material
